30-Day Return Policy

At soireya, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as simple and supportive as possible. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Please note the following important points:

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be shipped to the specific address provided in our return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at mailto:service@soireya.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item (if it meets the eligibility requirements).
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. Returned items must still meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our side.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
